BizGuru is a desktop application you install on devices you own or control. Visit the Download page for the current platform options and system requirements.

We offer three plans: Quarterly (QS) at $2,999 billed every three months, Annual (AS) at $9,999 billed yearly, and Annual Outcome Based (AOB), which is the greater of 10% of your year-over-year revenue increase or a $1,200 minimum annual fee. See the Pricing page for full details.

AOB ties our fee to your results. Instead of a flat subscription, you pay the greater of 10% of your "Revenue Delta" (your year-over-year revenue increase) or a $1,200 minimum annual fee. It's a three-year engagement governed by a separately signed agreement. Full mechanics are in our Terms of Service and Pricing Policy.

All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. Qmirac never stores or processes your raw card data. Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is added at checkout based on your billing jurisdiction.

You can cancel any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. AOB cancellations are subject to the terms of the signed AOB agreement. See Section 4 of the Terms for details.

BizGuru is local-first: your business data is stored on your own device. In the ordinary course of operating the Service, Qmirac does not collect, transmit, store, or have access to your business data. You own it and remain responsible for your own backups.

No. Because your data stays on your device and isn't sent to us, it isn't used to train any models. BizGuru runs local AI inference (e.g., via engines like Ollama) so analysis happens on your machine. See our Privacy Policy for what limited account and billing data we do process.

Since your data lives locally, you keep continuous access to it and can export it in the application's native formats. After your subscription ends, you may still use the app to the extent needed to access and export your locally stored data.

No. BizGuru's insights, scores, and forecasts are for informational purposes only and are not financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. AI-generated output can be inaccurate or incomplete — always apply your own judgment and consult a qualified professional before acting.

Your license is for your internal business use on devices you own or control. Sharing credentials or having multiple people use one account isn't permitted except as your plan expressly allows. If you need a multi-seat arrangement, contact us.
